Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes, absolutely. All AeroTech technicians are fully licensed and insured. This is non-negotiable for us, you should never have to worry about liability or qualifications when we're working in your home or business.
Do you serve areas outside of Dallas?+
Yes! While we're headquartered in Dallas, TX, we provide nationwide service. Whether you're in Texas or another state, reach out and we'll coordinate the right team for your project.
How much does an estimate cost?+
Zero. Our estimates are always free and come with absolutely no obligation. We believe you deserve to know what a project will cost before you commit to anything.
How quickly can you start a project?+
It depends on the project type and scope, but we always work to fit your schedule. Many of our HVAC and smaller remodeling projects can begin within a week. Submit an estimate request and we'll give you a realistic timeline right away.
How often should I service my AC or heating system?+
We recommend a full HVAC tune-up at least twice a year, once before summer and once before winter. Regular maintenance extends the life of your system, improves air quality, and can reduce your energy bill by 15–20%.
Do you handle both residential and commercial HVAC?+
Yes. From a single-family home to a multi-story office building, our team is equipped to design, install, and service HVAC systems of any scale. Commercial systems have different requirements and we have the expertise for both.

Savings vary by location, energy usage, and system size, but most residential clients see a significant reduction in their monthly electricity bill, often 50–90% once the system is paid off. We provide detailed projections as part of your free estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
Can you provide green energy for events and large gatherings?+

What is floor coating and how long does it last?+

Do you handle permits and inspections?+
